If you have made an order which has not been despatched and would like to cancel it - please contact us and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
If your order has been despatched and you no longer want the item please contact us within 30 days of your order being received.
We will be in contact with you to arrange for pick up. Once it gets back to us we will refund you, minus the original shipping charge and any return or collection costs. So that we can collect it, the product must be disassembled and repackaged in original packaging.
It is important that you inspect your order on delivery, if you are not entirely happy with the condition then please let our delivery partner know.
If you have any issues with the conditon of your item after delivery then please let us know within 30 days of delivery, including images of the areas of concern. We will assess your complaint and either arrange for collection of the item, arrange for a repair or order you a replacement. So that we can collect it, the product needs to be disassembled and repackaged.
If you need to return something because it is faulty or we have made a mistake you will not be charged for the return.
